When we were children, the only version of the Chronicles of Narnia we had was the BBC version. My parents wouldn't buy us the Disney adaptation, so we would watch this on repeat instead.

I’d forgotten it until I recently decided to rewatch it. Although the SFX hasn’t stood the test of time, this series remains charming, sweet and whimsical, and I adore it.
